Participants will learn practical strategies for discovering and applying wellness tools that resonate with them, empowering themselves and others to enhance well-being and sustain recovery. Through discussion and activities, we will create a supportive environment to share experiences, build resilience, and develop a personalized toolkit for managing challenges.
