Tuition: $2400 - The tuition includes training, materials, lodging for 5 nights and 15 meals from dinner Sunday to lunch Friday. (Check in on Sunday, March 29 and check out on Friday, April 3, 2026).
Certified Wellbeing Mentorship Course
Step into a deeper level of leadership and mentorship with the Copeland Center’s Certified Wellbeing Mentorship Course—the most advanced certificate program available, led exclusively by our seasoned team of international top trainers. With years of experience in facilitation, consulting, and guiding wellness programming across diverse communities, our team brings a rich, supportive learning environment to every session.
In this course, participants will expand, refine, and elevate their skills as Copeland Center Co-Facilitators. You’ll learn how to effectively deliver Taking Action Co-Facilitator course, offer meaningful 1:1 mentorship, and confidently bring Copeland Center educational curricula to your agency or community. This training also provides a deep dive into preparing future co-facilitators to lead the new Taking Action for Whole Health and Wellbeing curriculum, grounded in SAMHSA recovery materials.
Certification includes demonstrating prior co-facilitation experience through the submission of evaluations, successful completion of a knowledge assessment, and guided mentorship. This program is designed for individuals who are ready to advance their practice, strengthen their understanding of wellness, recovery, peer support, and community inclusion, and take on a more impactful role within their organization or community.
Applicants should come with substantial experience co-facilitating groups in alignment with Copeland Center values and ethics, and a solid foundation in wellness and recovery principles.
The Learning Objectives of this course will ensure that participants:
1. Acquire advanced knowledge and skills in various evidence-based experiential strategies to co-facilitate wellness, recovery, and peer support education for individual and organizational wellbeing
2. Apply skills to train co-facilitators and mentor individuals in advanced co-facilitation approaches
3. Train co-facilitators to implement the Taking Action for Whole Health and Wellbeing course
4. Identify and describe the values, ethics, standards, and guidelines to implement evidence-based and experiential-based peer-to-peer wellness programs
5. Develop skills to mentor and lead teams and organizations to create workplace wellness.
