Community Wellbeing Reentry Coaching Program
Serving Alameda County residents, this program supports individuals reentering the community after incarceration by connecting them with dedicated reentry coaches. Demonstrating the Copeland Center's peer-led values, these coaches provide personalized guidance to help participants access community resources, develop self-help strategies, and cultivate meaningful community inclusion through the Copeland Center's peer-centered methods.
