Wellbeing through Community Participation

This interactive, peer-led workshop is designed to help individuals spark positive change in their lives by re-engaging with meaningful activities and building personal wellness. Whether you're looking to rediscover old passions, explore new interests, or simply take the next step forward, this group offers a supportive space to do it.

Through a combination of guided peer support, practical education, and community-focused strategies, participants will explore ways to increase connection, strengthen resilience, and take intentional action toward a more fulfilling life.

This workshop also offers valuable tools for mental health workers, peer specialists, and support staff who are seeking effective ways to engage with others and inspire meaningful activity. Participants will gain insights into fostering motivation, supporting recovery goals, and creating opportunities for community inclusion.
