This interactive online event is co-facilitated by dynamic and compassionate individuals dedicated to creating safe, supportive learning environments. Participants will be empowered with tools, insights, and shared experiences to help themselves and others heal. Together, we’ll explore what works for each of us in navigating the complex realms of trauma, recovery, and growth—building resilience and connection along the way.

Workshop Highlights

Through group discussions, experiential exercises, and virtual breakout rooms, participants will have the opportunity to connect with one another, share their stories, and support their collective healing process.

Learning Objectives:

• Use of the group process to explore self-care techniques and practices that promote healing and resilience.

• Explore tools that can be integrated into daily life, laying the foundation for ongoing self-care and personal growth.

• Discover the power of storytelling as a means of reclaiming personal power and connectedness. Becoming the hero of my own life.

Who Should Attend?

This workshop is open to all individuals who seek to deepen their understanding of trauma and healing, whether they have experienced their own trauma or want to support others in their healing journeys. It is ideal for mental health professionals, peer specialists, educators, social workers, caregivers, and individuals interested in personal growth and self-care.
