The holiday season can bring joy and connection—but it can also heighten stress, grief, and pressure. This interactive workshop invites participants to explore wellness tools and coping strategies grounded in Taking Action for Whole Health and Wellbeing Together, we’ll reflect on how holiday expectations, social and financial stressors, and cultural traditions affect wellness. Participants will leave with practical, strengths-based tools to support themselves and others in navigating this time of year with compassion, awareness, and intention.
 

Learning Objectives:
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
1. Explore how having a Daily Maintenance Plan might provide structure to help proactively navigate this time of year
2. Identify 2-3 common emotional, social, and environmental stressors that can arise during the festive season and create action plans to address them.
3. List 5-6 tools and strategies to enhance personal and professional wellness during the holidays.
4. Discuss 2-3 self-care and boundary-setting strategies to maintain balance and prevent burnout.
