Member Event: Self-Care: Taking Action for Whole Health and Wellbeing


Ever wonder about how to deepen your wellness practices or get some started? Do you ever feel like you are not doing enough for yourself? In this interactive, non judgmental workshop space, we will explore the 5 elements of self care and begin to explore how utilising our own self knowledge we can feel more empowered and self determined in how we create impactful action plans to maintain and recreate wellness during difficult times.


Through this workshop we will:
1. List the 5 elements of self care
2. Describe how endurance and resiliency for Wellness is dependent on our commitment to self care
3. Explore how 'action planning' can be a tool that enables us to take intentional action to support our whole health and wellbeing
