APS Member Event: Resilience: Personal Management
Thursday, April 23 from 2-3:30pm ET/1-2:30pm CT/12-1:30pm MT/11am-12:30pm PT
This 90-minute interactive class explores resilience through the lens of our inner wellbeing ecosystem — the interaction between self-awareness, personal management, social awareness, relationship management, and decision making. Participants will explore how these five elements influence mental health, peer support relationships, and daily wellbeing. Through reflection, discussion, and practical exercises, participants will identify ways to strengthen their personal management skills while understanding how the other elements of the ecosystem influence resilience, communication, boundaries, and overall wellbeing.
