Meet the Advisory Council: Obdulio Rosas-Rosado

Obdulio Rosas-Rosado is a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist, recovery advocate, and founder of the Inevitable Awakening Collective (IAC). He serves in a statewide peer recovery advisory role and leads community outreach initiatives supporting individuals affected by substance use and mental health challenges. Drawing on both lived experience and professional expertise, he works to strengthen peer support, wellness, and recovery-oriented systems of care throughout Rhode Island.
