Meet the Advisory Council: Kelvin Young, RSS, CPSRP

Kelvin Young, RSS, CPSRP, is a Recovery Coach, Recovery Support Specialist, certified Sound Healer, published author, and Co-Founder of SoulCare Love, LLC. He is also a founding member of the Upward Spiral Summer Series, an educational initiative dedicated to advancing peer leadership, lived experience, and community-based learning through webinars and trainings. In addition, Kelvin is a co-founder of Toivo, a peer-run holistic healing center in Hartford, Connecticut.

Drawing from his own lived experience of recovery and transformation, Kelvin has presented and facilitated healing experiences in a wide range of settings, including yoga studios, retreat centers, conferences, high schools, colleges, prisons, addiction treatment centers, psychiatric hospitals, and mental health organizations. He is deeply passionate about creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and supported on their healing journeys, and is widely recognized for his warm, authentic, and down-to-earth way of connecting with others.
