social change is a team effort The Association for Peer Support is comprised of individual peer supporters, allies of fidelity to peer support practices, and organizational sponsors across the nation working together for strategic investment in peer-led models that can yield more humane, inclusive, and fiscally responsible healthcare.

Start-up Committee: Recruit 1st Two-Year Advisory Council Members; Establish and Chair priority ad hoc and sustaining committee focuses
Membership Committee:
Conference committee: Focus on Theme, Call for Workshops and selection of committee, and developing program
Policy Committee: focused on efforts to impact policy, i.e., getting Peer Support in the National Directory of Occupational Titles
Scientific and EBP Committee: Designated Peer Researcher and Peer Ally Researchers. Promote, expand, and disseminate awareness of EBP and emerging Peer Support Best Practices
State and Local Coalition Building Committee: Focused on developing and supporting statewide and local Peer Support coalitions, i.e., local unionizing or networking
