WRAP for People with Developmental Distinctions

Thursday, March 27, 2014 - 4:13pm

WRAP® for People with Developmental Distinctions is a workbook based on the Wellness Recovery Action Plan®.   It is beneficial for adults who have their own unique way of learning and/ or communicating.  It guides a person through a process to develop his/her own plan to live a happier and healthier life.  It can also be used as a plan to support a person to reach a self-identified life goal.

On February 26, 2014, we introduced participants to this new and exciting Workbook.  There was the opportunity to hear from four experts by experience, who assisted Mary Ellen Copeland to author the workbook, and how each is living WRAP in his/her life.
In a second webinar, we explored Crisis for adults with developmental distinctions and tips key supporters can use when assisting someone who may learn and/or communicate differently than you do.
