Victoria (Vic) Welle
I have several years of experience in peer support and training, and I became a WRAP Facilitator in 2016. I am passionate about building community-based models of support, and helped create peer run respite programs in Wisconsin. Peer support models like WRAP have been instrumental to me in healing from trauma, and I love introducing people to the values and ethics of WRAP. I also have an interest in spiritual care, offering wellness opportunities that are culturally relevant, and strengthening peer supports for the LGBTQIA+ community. I think WRAP can be a powerful way for people to define what health, healing, and recovery means for them, not just in terms of mental health but also in terms of physical well-being.
