Nicola Swales

My WRAP journey started in 2015 when I was introduced to it as a professional. Not only did I establish a wellbeing service for children and young people in England that continues to support 6 years later, I discovered a wellness strategy that translated my lifelong partnership with self-care and peer support. WRAP strategies continue me to be well, despite challenges through life i have faced as a child and adult.  Motivated by the power of WRAP I have established my charitable service - Shine Bright which adopts WRAP ideologies enabling me to offer the benefits of WRAP across England to all ages. I am a mum of two, a wife, a daughter, friend, sister and expert of myself. I am a qualified and experienced Youth and Community Development worker that has spent a career promoting communities rights and voices to improve emotional and mental health support. I am a passionate and committed Co-facilitator and excited to continue my WRAP journey by becoming an Advanced WRAP Facilitator. Get in touch I would love to work with you!
