I was introduced to WRAP in 2018 when I began as a Peer Educator, with the CAWT Innovation Recovery Project. I absolutely love the concepts of WRAP and applying them to my daily life to maintain my own wellness, knowing what I'm like when I'm well, my Daily Maintenance Plan, and my Wellness Tool Box. Since attending the WRAP Facilitation Training and delivering WRAP courses it is so amazing to see people grow and develop using this self management tool. It really enables people to empower themselves and live their lives with intention, purpose and compassion. I have a passion for supporting and encouraging people to maintain positive mental health and wellbeing and I believe that WRAP from my personal experience truly offers this journey to recovery.
