Coming from rural Nova Scotia, there were very few support resources available. So when I was introduced to Self Help Connection and The Copeland Center, I jumped at the chance to become a WRAP facilitator. It has been the most wonderful experience and I met so many supportive people. I am happy to say that I am now the author of my guide to life. I don't know where I would be without WRAP!
